Wellcoaching sessions can be done via teleconference, FaceTime, or ZOOM.
This is a three-part, 12-week process:
You provide background information during an initial comprehensive assessment to identify the areas you want to work on.
We have a 75-minute initial meeting where we identify a vision, three month goals, and first action steps.
Then, we'll meet weekly for 45-50 minute coaching sessions, where we will review your progress toward your vision and goals, which will ultimately lead to learning, healing, and growing, and working on topics you have energy around.
